The Hutchinson Poly-V® belts offer advanced technology to industrial applications. Thanks to its high performance cord and optimal surface contact, the Hutchinson Poly-V® belt meets all your belt requirements and prolongs their lifespan. Used on a wide range of power transmission applications (up to 600 kW), a single Poly-V® belt per drive is all that is needed. With 5 profiles and a vast choice of sizes, the Poly-V® belt is adaptable to a varied number of applications such as compressors, lawn mowers, floor care, electric hand tools, agricultural equipment, and all sorts of fitness equipment.

In 2001, Hutchinson introduced the Flexonic®, the first elastic belt for industrial use.
This revolutionary concept:
- Allows for sizeable cost and weight reductions (removal of the tensioner, fixed center distance drives, auto-tension and elimination of tension monitoring tools).
- Offers more design possibilities (reduction of the overall drive length, compact environment).

- Increases life span of the drive components (the belt absorbs the vibrations allowing bearings, bushings and pulleys to last longer).

Investing in continued innovation, Hutchinson Transmission specially designed the ConveyXonic™ belt for roller conveyor manufacturers.
The Conveyxonic™ is able to transport loads of 1 to 1 200kg (0.5 to 480 lbs).
A « 4 in 1 » belt, it replaces 4 components currently used in conveying systems (flat belt, o-ring, chain and timing belt). The elastic properties of the belt translate into at least a 30% cost reduction by using just one motorized roller every 20 rollers (10 on each side). It also adds to the system's overall life span and ability to absorb shocks and vibrations.
